Q. What insurance do we work with?

A. We work with Medicare, Medicaid, all commercial insurance, No-Fault and Workers Compensation.

 

Q. How quickly will I receive reimbursement on a claim?

A. We guarantee reimbursement between 14 and 30 days after the service date. In the case of delays that are out of our control involving the Workers Compensation Act or No Fault, we endeavor to settle the claim as soon as possible.

 

Q. What will happen if a patient does not pay within 90 days from the date of service?

A. If a patient does not keep to his/her agreement, VZP will obtain authorization from the doctor to hand the account to an attorney firm for collection.

 

Q. What does VZP need to process a claim?

A. All we need from you is the completed patient information form, which we will provide. Along with this, a copy of the patient ID and Health Carrier card must be sent through. This could differ between practices.

 

Q. How does VZP increase claim processing speed?

A. We maintain double-tier claim-checking process, every claim is reviewed by a certified biller and by our medical billing system. The claim is reviewed for errors or omissions that are addressed prior to submission.

 

Q. How do I send the information to VZP?

A. This information can be sent to our offices via fax, e-mail, MMS or hand delivery.
